The Workday HRIS Analyst will:

-Analyze, tests, and implements HRIS computer system modules including, but not limited to, human resources, compensation, payroll, benefits, etc.

-Partner with HR and Business support teams on the technical and functional side to analyse, develope, configure, and provide guidance and strategy to team for Workday configuration needs.

Other HRIS Analyst proficiencies may include, but not necessarily mandatory, are:
  • Core human resources functions, including payroll processing
  • Recruiting capabilities, including applicant tracking systems
  • Absence management
  • Workflow solutions and automation
  • Training solutions and automation
  • Benefits administration
  • Self-service reporting
  • Compensation solutions and automation


The Bottom Line:

The client is looking for a Workday Analyst that is strong in configuration and specifically the payroll and time tracking module.

As an HRIS analyst, you must have a proven track record with Workday core HCM experience You must also have knowledge of at least 3 other Workday modules.

This is on site in the Greater Chicago area at their IL HQ. The client has had contractors in the position for a year but needs someone permanent.

100,000+ with 15% bonus.
