Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of new and improved compensation programs
  • Directing the annual survey submission process
  • Join forces with HR and TA by evaluating the labor market and department equity
  • Research and analyze employee compensation programs
  • Support compensation team on the annual merit increase
  • Collaborating with different teams to create comprehensive job architecture
  • Building consensus with team and stakeholders
  • Assisting in developing employee and manager communications and training materials related to compensation programs


Must Have
  • Experience with compensation theory and terms
  • Experience in developing ad hoc compensation reports utilizing HRIS and Excel
  • Experience researching and analyzing compensation programs in a corporate enterprise environment
  • Experience analyzing market data and developing comprehensive market analysis using MS Excel and/or other market survey tools
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Power Point
  • Interpersonal skills including but not limited to: written and verbal communication, collaboration, problem solving, listening, persuasiveness, etc.
  • Organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in building relationships with cross-functional teams; ability to build cross-organizational consensus
  • High school diploma or higher, with equivalent professional work experience
