-Strong understanding of Workday and other HR systems
-Manage project team, deliverables, scope of work and quality for Benefits and Compensation work streams
-In addition, there will be specific annual events that correlate to each individual Workday module which you will manage.
-Produce and deliver standard and customized reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests based on business needs.
-Leading configuration design sessions
-Developing product configuration
-Creating/Managing the testing strategy Skills
-2+ years' experience working in a Workday HCM role in business process management and Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent modules
-5+ years in HRIS experience
-Workday experience in report writing and product support
-Strong Excel skills
-Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal to each department throughout all levels of the business Benefits
