-Strong understanding of Workday and other HR systems
-Strong project manager skills and able to work well with the Senior Manager.
-Facilitating the day-to-day activities of Workday HRIS, including process configuration, security administration, system updates, and report development
-Troubleshoot and fix complex production system issues
-Leading team meetings and communicating reports to stakeholdersSkills
-8+ years' experience working in an HRIS role
-Preferably has experience with SaaS HR technology
-3+ years' experience with Workday
-2+ years' experience in a Management position
-Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal to each department throughout all levels of the businessBenefits
