Lead Workday HCM Consultant- Remote

Job Description- My client is looking for a Lead Workday HCM specialist professional to join their HRIS team and make a long lasting impact. Our client's company is experiencing major growth in their HCM Leader Practice. This is a permanent role that will require 50% travel 50% remote. This candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday HCM configurations and implementations including design, integration, and development. This client cannot provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Applicants should have a valid work authorization in the US.

  • Provide assistance in the phases of the project lifecycle including planning, designing, testing and deployment
  • Implement effective ways of deploying Workday
  • Integrate, implement, and configure the Workday HCM modules.
  • Test and troubleshoot to find anomalies within the data and resolve these issues.
  • Align business processes with the functional requirement in order to carry out a successful and efficient implementation.
  • Provide outputs based on business requirements and timelines provided
  • Develop customized reports that meet organizational and client requirements.

Preferred Skills
  • Develop 3+ years pf Workday HCM experience
  • Full life cycle, Workday HCM implementation experience
  • Ability to successfully participate in client-facing situations
  • Time-efficient and effective
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Current Workday certification required
