Workday Analyst - Atlanta, GA - Permanent


In this position you are acting as the Workday Business Process subject matter expert. You will be responsible for providing day to day support for HR operations. You will identify, define, and troubleshoot any issues within HR system operations. This position requires the ability to effectively work independently as well as with teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring tasks are being completed efficiently, and provide recommendation for improvement when needed.

  • 3+ years HR operations experience
  • 2+ years' Workday HCM
  • 2+ years' supporting HR operations: business process analysis, define requirements, test, document, train, user adoption and change management.
  • 2+ years' in an Analyst position
  • 1+ years hands on configurations within Workday
  • Experience working in an agile environment
