Marketing Automation Specialist, Salesforce Experience, Downtown Chicago

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation Platform for the marketing team, including lead lifecycle workflows, data enrichment, lead scoring, and setting up drip and nurture emails
  • Manage website tracking and digital marketing pixels through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Assist in development of digital marketing campagins
  • Maintain data hygiene of marketing database, including de-duplication, importing and exporting records
  • Manage data flow and integrations between several tracking systems including Google Analytics, Pardot and Salesforce
  • Create segmented lists of different target audiences based on personas and demographics


Core Competencies:
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM including setting up reports and dashboards
  • Hands on experience with a marketing automation platform integrated with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
