  • The HRIS Tier 1 Analyst serves as a functional and technical point of contact for all employee Workday issues and responds to these issues through the ticketing system. This incumbent also assists in guiding and training the end users across the organization based on changes and opportunities identified through the ticketing system. Applicants should be confident and comfortable when assisting users. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as the ability to exhibit a high level of comfort while interfacing directly with end-users.




Essential Job Functions
  • Respond to support requests from customers and prospects via the Aveanna Workday Support Desk. . Partner with People Services/HRIS team members to resolve associated issues that arise out of system use. Responsibilities include tracking and closing incoming support requests in accordance with established protocal.




Workday Responsibilities
  • Provide production support/system administration duties for Workday
  • Provide position and requisition support
  • Liaison between HRIS and Back Office for integration related issues
  • Proactively monitor the Workday integrations through delivered reports
  • Provide testing support
  • Upload necessary documentation to Workday
  • Run Workday system audits




Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience with Workday
  • Experience in supporting internal HR clients, recruiters
  • Strong excel and analytical skills
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing Tier 1 support to managers and employees
  • Ability to work at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team structure in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Experience supporting the implementation of two versions of Workday
