Salesforce Account Executive-Greater London-up to 65k + OTE



A unique and exciting opportunity has presented itself to work as an Account Executive for a vibrant young Salesforce partner based in the Greater London area experiencing consistent year on year growth.



You will be charged with onboarding and then managing accounts within the SMB space-this is a UK wide role, however the bulk of your client base will be around the Greater London area. You'll be selling into deal sizes within the £20k-50k region, with sales cycles averaging 1-2 months-there will be lead generation and pre sales support avilable to assist you, however a willingness to pick up the phone and self generate appointments will also be expected, in order to expand upon the demand generation activities already in place to assist you. There will be an expectation to be in the office once every fortnight, with the rest of the time spent out in the field meeting prospects and closing sales.



The ideal candidate will possess a consultative sales approach, with a true hunter mentality-someone who can open doors but also realises the importance of understanding and meeting client requirements. A pre-existing background within the Salesforce ecosystem is preferred-however candidates who have sold another CRM solution who understand Salesforce and the marketplace surrounding it will also be considered. A background in consulting would also be advantageous.

The package for this position is up to £65k basic (dependent on experience) with an uncapped commission structure of 10%, which is well above industry standard. This allied with the relatively short sales cycles can really mean a strong and consistent stream of commission for the right candidate.

What we require from you;
  • A demonstrable and solid track record within New Business
  • Experience selling either Salesforce (preferred) or CRM
  • Successful experience selling into SMB organisations
  • A background in consulting would be highly advantageous (but not essential)
