Key Responsibilities:

-Build, develop, manage and analyze email marketing and SMS nurture campaigns

-Utilize the CRM system (Netsuite) in conjunction with email marketing and marketing automation systems to develop email campaigns

-Develop and execute customer retention marketing campaigns, including developing customer journeys, and following up with customers as they move through the lead nurture process

-Develop email and mobile content strategies for new and emerging tools

-Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including, web, email and social

-Develop lead scoring models, attribution models, and report and analyze on campaign success metrics

Core Competencies:

-Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo etc.)

-Experience managing data in a CRM system integrated with a marketing automation platform to develop lead nurture campaigns

-Knowledge of and ability to design and create campaigns across e-mail, mobile and direct mail
