Job duties:
  • Manage Workday system and business process configurations, system and data maintenance, content management, and mass uploading
  • Ensure data integrity and quality assurance
  • Develop and generate reports and presentations as needed
  • Partner with HR and external business stakeholders on technology issues, business requirements, and user support
  • Provide customer service, instruction, and support to HR system users
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and resource to HR team members and all external business partners
  • Initiate and implement best practices and process improvements for the HR team
  • Ensure compliance as well as data integrity throughout the full HR ecosystem
  • Perform company-wide special projects as assigned, which may include functional compensation insights
  • Drive project deliverables related to the implementation of new modules and/or new HR systems


Desired skill set:
  • Minimum of two years of Workday experience with a strong knowledge of HCM.
  • Experience with Workday Benefits preferred.
  • Exposure to Workday configurations: business processes, condition rules, report writing
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations preferred
  • Demonstrated skills in understanding and adhering to policies, procedures and operating controls to ensure consistency and timeliness of execution
  • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining an order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Experience with ADP WFN a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
