Tier 2 Workday HRIS Analyst - Atlanta, GA - $65,000/yr

Position Overview:

As the Tier 2 Workday HRIS Analyst you will serve as a techno-functional point of contact for all employee Workday issues and responds to these issues through the ticketing system. You will also assist in the guiding and training of end users across the organization based on changes and opportunities identified through the ticketing system. You should be confident and comfortable when assisting users. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected as well as the ability to show a high level of comfort while interacting directly with various end-users.



Essential Job Functions:
  • Respond to support requests from customers and prospects via the Workday Support Desk.
  • Partner with both the the People Services/HRIS teams members to resolve related issues from system use
  • Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to tracking and closing incoming support requests in accordance with the established protocol




Workday Responsibilities
  • Providing production support/system administration duties for the Workday system
  • Position and requisition support
  • Liaising between teams for integration related issues
  • Proactively monitoring the Workday integrations through reports
  • Providing testing support
  • Uploading necessary documentation to Workday
  • Running Workday system audits




Desired Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience with Workday
  • Experience in supporting internal HR clients, recruiters
  • Strong excel and analytical skills
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing Tier 1 and 2 support to managers and employees
  • Ability to work at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team structure in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Experience supporting the implementation of two versions of Workday
