The Workday Analyst will address escalated service tickets related to complex Workday issues, including testing of changes.
Identify , validate and test business process and configuration changes related to business changes, issues or process improvements.
Root- cause analysis of issues.
Testing for Workday releases , configuration changes, data loads.
Identify and apply best practices.
Manage and troubleshoot data loads.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise for training.
Log cases and partner with Workday for problem-solving and learning.
Provide advisory services and guidance to management regarding system requirements based on company resources and needs.
Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies .
Bachelor's degree in IS, MIS, IS Infused HR, or Tech related field
Workday HCM experience is required
Workday Performance Management and Talent experience is a plus
Understanding of HR operations and experience with HR data
Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with associates and managers
The Workday HRIS Analyst will be working together with the HRIS team to ensure effective use of the system by updating, configuring, improving and providing expertise on the system for other HR departments, business processes, and needs of the overall HR department for the client.
