Our client is a global company in Melbourne, who are seeking a Senior CRM Manager who specialises in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to help transform their platform.
- You are customer centric and have a deep understanding of CRM
- Work with various teams to strategise a customer centric marketing plan
- Be a key player in optimising digital and marketing processes utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Mentor and train team members on the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Manage key stakeholders
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have a Marketing or Business Degree, or significant relevant experience
- Have a deep understanding of multiple touch points within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in delivering campaigns previously and are across all marketing channels
- Ability to facilitate meetings to drive customer focused outcomes
- Knowledge of marketing strategies
- Understanding of project management
- Ability to perform within deadlines
