Helpdesk Support Specialist - Cincinnati, OH - 30k - 45k
I am working with a client that is currently looking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to complete their current roster.
As a Helpdesk Support Specialist you will be working closely with customers using software, hardware or other systems while offering support and technical assistance as well as helping with completing tasks or troubleshooting issues through diagnostic testing.
In this role my client is expecting you to have 1-3 years of support experience, experience with Windows 7-10, 2 years Associate's degree in IT or Help Desk Support, and the Ability to multi-task & diagnose basic technical issues. To go above and beyond in this position you should be able to work independently as well as work with a team, have experience with VMware ESX and have strong communication skills.
