The Workday Administrator will act as the subject matter expert in Workday business process management, data extraction and management, integration design and management, security administration, and report writing. Experience with at least one full life cycle Workday implementation is highly desired for this role. Responsibilities include
Manage day-to-day system and operations issues, manage severity assignments, and set priorities for resolution in a timely manner agreed upon
Maintain security , roles for all business functional areas (not just HR) related to security groups, including working with functional areas to assign roles to new employees, and re-assign roles for terminated employees
Perform Workday administrative functions including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, custom and automated reporting, troubleshooting, and dashboards
Create, maintain, and process standard and custom ad-hoc reports to meet business needs. Ensure data privacy compliance and standards. Organization Partner to open/edit Cost Centers and Locations, working in partnership with Client's accounting team. Administer reorganizations of the Supervisory Organization structure
Customize and edit Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB's) for use by HR team
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations involving HR data
Perform regular HR data audits within Workday in order to ensure data integrity
Work with various internal HR partners to further build out other functions in the system, including advance compensation functions, improved performance planning, etc.
Oversee and communicate new Workday releases as needed and ensure expected system operations across upgrades
Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions to C-level leaders and business unit leaders in the organization. Required Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IS, IT, Human Resources or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree experience
3+ years of Workday Administration experience required, preferably in a Professional Services firm or Consulting context
Expert knowledge of Workday configuration in HCM, Recruiting, and Talent. Learning module experience preferred
Experience leading projects by gathering requirements, architecting system configuration, running tests, and implementation experience with change management methods
Excellent understanding of HR business processes, and how best to leverage Workday to run processes efficiently and effectively
Superb verbal skills and written skills - you will be reporting to multiple stakeholders every week!
