Service Desk Analyst - 24k - Bristol


You will be working as part of a team who operate on a 4 on 4 off shift basis. You will have the option of working from 7-7 or 10-10.
  • Performing server and application maintenance activities, including SCCM patching
  • Resolving incidents raised by customers within agreed SLA's
  • Assisting the Incident Management team by owning all tickets through to resolution, performing communications to internal and external stake holders, chasing suppliers and escalating when necessary.
  • Generating and analysing Lync and SfB Media quality reports
  • Supporting 3rd line engineers with the following technologies:

Microsoft Windows server 2012

Microsoft SQL

Microsoft Virtual Machine Manager

Active Directory
