Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our sales team has enough MQLs to exceed aggressive growth targets by creating, implementing, and maintaining a high ROI lead generation strategy.
  • Achieve high first page organic search rankings for key search terms.
  • Day to day management and optimization of direct mail campaigns and PPC campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Manage Hubspot, maintain an updated creative library and landing pages and update/improve as necessary.
  • Monitor, analyze, recommend and implement strategies and rigorous A/B testing plan to improve key performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rates, average order size and ROI.
  • Manage tracking, reporting, and analysis or marketing efforts. Summarize metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive direction based on data.
  • Research and implement new marketing strategies. Think outside the box in an effort to extend our product reach and drive new MQLs.
  • Oversee marketing team/department.




Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS experience in demand generation and inbound marketing (including lead generation and nurturing, SEO/SEM, marketing campaign execution and measurement).
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, SMM and Direct Mail and proven track record of scaling lead generation efforts, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • At least 2 years of team management - ideally overseeing 3+ direct reports.
  • Demonstrable experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation systems like HubSpot (preferred), Marketo, or other - required.
  • Extremely organized, highly efficient, and motivated to work independently and on a team.
  • Exceptionally strong copywriting, proofing, and editing skills in English (required); other languages a plus.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
