Workday HCM/Compensation Configuration Analyst

Philadelphia Area, PA



Preferred Requirements

-Previous HCM/Compensation background (past certifications w/work in end user space helpful)

-Come in and identify system issues; able to perform objectives/tasks independently

-Provide functional support for their compensation systems (strong relationship with HCM system)

-Security background preferred - need fundamental background of Workday security

- Understand Security Groups

- Interactions and protocols for Business Processes

- Tenant and Domain management helpful

- Understand Implementations, Enhancements, Configurations related to HCM and Compensation

- Automated bonus disbursement, Annual Focal Review, etc. a plus

- Understand Global processes as it related to Compensation

- Simple to medium integration exposure (EIB's, Core-Connectors, Workday Studio)

- Fluent in Custom Reporting



Additional Experience

- 2+ years of experience with Workday

- Workday Compensation, HCM, and Security

- Global and Domestic aspects of general HCM systems

- Techno-functional background working in a post-production environment
