1st Line Technical Engineer - Bristol - 24k

The client:

A Microsoft partner and growing MSP are looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their expanding team.

The role:

- Resolving issues at 1st line level including password resets, hardware troubleshooting & setting up equipment

- Handling tickets and escalating to senior teams

Experience:

- Previous experience as an IT technician, Support Engineer, 1st Line Engineer or recent training or education

- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 7/10

- Experience setting up printers, desktops, laptops

- Excellent communication & customer service skills
