My client is looking for a technical lead to come in and lead of team of developers in both design and development of robust Web- applications and full-stack applications architectures. My client is a large sales training organisation recent has rolled out a new SaaS product and is looking to continue its growth. My client has a location in Chicago. This role allows your you to spend about 50% of the time working remote.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the software development team and being the champion in agile practices and continuous delivery. You will be responsible for code reviews and guide software developers to ensure code is efficient and high quality. In this role you will help bridge the gap between the product team and the developers to insure the delivery of the right features on time and in high quality.
My client is interested in speaking with candidates who have a solid foundation in computer science, with a strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design. They are looking for a candidate with a background in Java development and experience working with SQL. They also are looking for someone who has experience working with a cloud platform and has experience maintaining CICD pipelines using Jenkins or AWS. Finally my client is looking for someone with experience working in a SaaS environment and is comfortable with creating different solutions.
