My client, located in Downtown Chicago, is looking to bring on an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to grow their lean Workday team. Ideal candidate will have experience within the following modules: Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Time/Absence. You will be the other half of the HRIS team and focus on maintaining and expanding the system to its full potential.
- Creation and updates to design, configuration, testing and deployment of Comp, Benefits, Payroll and Absence business processes in Workday.
- Build complex custom reports and data transformations in Workday
- Ensure integration's for Benefits and Payroll
- Muti-tasking role with strong analytic skills
