Job Description - The marketing automation manager will be responsible for creating and managing scalable lead generation processes, including developing end-to-end email campaigns, setting up automations, triggers and nurture campaigns and managing workflow through Salesforce CRM and the marketing automatio platform. This individual should have a solid background in demand generation, email marketing best practices and strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM including integrations with ESP platforms.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop end to end email campaigns, including utilizing lead scoring models and setting up attirubtion
  • Develop procedures for maintaining scalable, effective email marketing practices
  • Experience working with large data sets, managing list segmentation, utilizing SQL to query data, managing data manipulation and data visualization tools



Skills & Qualifications
  • Certifications in one or more marketing automation/ESP platforms
  • Certification in Salesforce CRM is a plus (admin certification)
  • Ability to work with large data sets, understanding of email marketing best practices and understanding of demand generation and digital marketing strategies
  • Background in B2B marketing, account based marketing strategies is a big plus
