I'm currently working with an amazing organization out in San Antonio, TX that is looking for a new service desk analyst to join their team !
In this position you will provide hardware and software support to internal staff. You will take calls and handle incidents or service requests through the incident management and request fulfillment process. You will be expected to provide excellent IT service support to company employees, contractors and clients.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Primary point of contact for all tier 1 issues
- Troubleshooting, problem solving, and resolving incidents and service requests
- Accurately prioritize, categorize, escalate and manage incidents and service request
- Maintain established documentation, procedures and more !
