Client Services Project Manager - Boston, MA
I am working with an innovative client, who is a global leader in their market, looking to hire a Project Manager of Client Services for their location in Boston, MA to lead and operate client engagement.
In the role of Project Manager, you will implement client RTSM applications to enable client start-up targets. You will Be the primary client contact, responsible for the client relationship working with clinical study teams to establish RTSM requirements. You will work alongside the product development team and Quality Analysts to ensure study applications are designed, configured, customized and tested to deliver a high quality, validated system to clients. You will work client supply leads to understand their supply strategies, train them properly on the use of our RTSM's integrated forecasting capabilities and provide expert consultation in establishing their supply settings. You will follow our SOP guidelines to develop, implement, and oversee client communication plans. You will actively participate in client audits.
To be successful in this role, you will be a client and solutions focused individual. You will have knowledge of FDA Good Clinical Practice, International Conference on Harmonization GCP regulations, and associated regulatory guidance documents. You will have 5+ years of experience in the clinical research field. You will have experience in clinical supply operations, RTSM/IRT services delivery, and eClinical systems implementation.
