Senior Salesforce Developer
*Partner with subject matter experts and project leaders to develop and implement change plans, training and communications to support key initiatives
*Apply a structured change management process and tools to support adoption of project initiatives while considering the impact on organizational culture
*Evaluate the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing organizational and user readiness, and identifying key stakeholders
*Make recommendations for and own the implementation of change activities designed to increase user adoption and minimize resistance. Integrate change activities into the project plan and educate/influence the project team and others on the benefits of change management
*Creates and maintains a community of change champions and leverage informal leaders to influence successful organizational change
*Supporting the writing of effective instructional materials, developing curriculum materials; Quality control on all written deliverables such as C-Map, Playbook, Tip Sheets, Quick reference guides, Communications plans and collateral, eLearning modules, etc.
*Conducting training classes for a variety of audiences/Assist with End-User Competency Identification and Objectives Preparation, preparation for and hosting End User Training, train-the-trainer sessions, webex and in person as needed
*Identify, analyze and prepare mitigation tactics for change management related risk
*Make recommendations on the knowledge transfer processes to ensure the change is sustained over time
*Minimum 5 years of experience with large-scale organizational change efforts in a matrixed, global environment
*Minimum 3 years of Salesforce-related change management implementation experience
*Change Management certification
*Ability to put one's self in the shoes of the end user/customer and provide creative, alternative solutions for business issues
*Professional demeanor; presents self with confidence and poise when interacting with associates at all levels
*Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP
*Flexible and agile; able to work on ambiguous situations
*Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
*Experience using or implementing change management and training for the following Salesforce tools: Lightning, Knowledge, Content, Chatter, Salesforce1, Communities (customer and/or Channel Partner), Reports/Dashboards
*Experience implementing change management efforts in an agile environment
*Experience implementing change management within sales, pre-sales and customer service environments
*Experience using eLearning software
