Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Prepare general ledger entries and maintain records and files.
  • Prepare general ledger account reconciliations each month.
  • Supports general ledger vendor management.
  • Oversee and report on the management of cash activity and prepare bank account reconciliations.
  • Complete accounts payable and travel and entertainment expense reimbursements activities.
  • Prepare and track purchase orders.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support internal control activities.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical expertise in US generally accepted accounting principles and federal income tax requirements.
  • Knowledge of and experience using Enterprise resource planning accounting systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Intacct.
