Job Description


Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide support and troubleshooting on operational requirement, system administration and maintenance of computer and communication software, hardware and network such as PC, laptop, printers etc.
  • Administer and troubleshoot audio/video conference system.
  • Install and troubleshoot application issues like Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word), Anti-Virus and other business applications.
  • Develop end user support guides.
  • Liaising with internal party, vendor and supplier of any purchasing of IT equipment.
  • Conduct training for users on a regular basis.
  • Ensure IT standards, procedures, policies and assets are maintained in accordance to company standards.
  • Provide support in system testing and evaluation activities.
  • Ensure all IT assets tag/register accordingly.
  • Need to be open to be trained and be functional in other roles, such as server management, security management, network, application support etc.


Skills & Qualifications
  • Possess a relevant Diploma or Degree in IT or related domains.
  • Minimally 3 years of working experience in IT helpdesk support is required.
  • Possess IT related certification such as MCSA is a plus.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Pleasant and approachable.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to translate and present complex ideas in layman terms, to the senior management or a large audience
  • Willing to travel to different offices to support users on a regular basis.
