Data Analyst - TS/SCI Full Scope Poly

I am working with a global leading consulting firm who is looking to hire a Data Analyst with TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly to work with a client in their Chantilly, Virginia location.

In this role you will have a range of responsibilities pertaining to job analytics and using them to answer key human capital questions. You will work with policy around performance management, reporting on retention, demographics, and population of agencies. You will be responsible for developing solutions when answers aren't always easily available, synthesizing data from different sources, and creating reports to distribute to various audiences such as the CIA and ODNI.

To be successful in this role, a TS/SCI Full Scope Poly is required. You need to have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience with a business intelligence software (e.g. cognos, tableau, business objects) and a minimum of 1 year experience with requirements elicitation and analysis. You'll be familiar with RDMS and have some experience working with SQL or developing. You will also have at least 2 years of experience with consulting in a similar role.
