- At least 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, sales, business development, account management or project management

- Undergraduate degree or equal qualification is the minimum requirement
- Possess an adaptive leadership style to suit many potential scenarios
- Exceptional team player with excellent relationship building and interpersonal abilities
