Assume a principal position in one of Asia's most established IT company's providing managed services. They are seeking a passionate salesperson who has key contacts in the FSI sector. In this role, you will be in charge of the spearheading of the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Set and convey specific objectives such as revenue growth, measurements and sales targets etc.
  • Aim to exceed key targets, aid the team in closing performance gaps, ensure contributions and results are rewarded
  • Develop and execute exciting commercial strategies for in market growth
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional financial results and client satisfaction
  • Deliver in-depth engagement and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate business intelligence.
  • Continually develop channel partner relationships based on company values


Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, sales, business development, account management or project management
  • At least 5 years of working in system integration is necessary
  • Expertise in current trends and developments in technology
  • Undergraduate degree or equal qualification is the minimum requirement
  • Possess an adaptive leadership style to suit many potential scenarios
  • Exceptional team player with excellent relationship building and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong verbal and oratorical communication skills is a must
