  • Experience working on providing production Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Time tracking support and enhancement.
  • Trouble shoot Production issues related HCM, Benefits, etc.
  • Create and deploy Workday custom dashboard reports/analytics
  • Review of current Workday Business Processes and propose new or improved processes.
  • Customize various Business Processes to suit client needs and set up BP Security.
  • Prepare technical design documents
  • Review security roles, security groups and role assignments. Propose enhancements
  • Develop testing strategies and verification scenarios along with project scope and requirements documents.
  • Design Manager Self Service functions in Workday
  • Help team in functional configuration of the Workday application.
  • Review setup of Supervisory Organization, Subordinate organizations, Hierarchy, Job, Positions, Staffing models, Customizing/creating Business Processes etc.
  • Enhance the New Hire/Onboarding Business Processes
  • Change/fix Hire, Onboarding, Termination and other Business Process to fix various issues and optimize processes.
  • Create BIRT (Workday Studio) report to dynamically generate and pre populate NY Wage Theft Form (compliance report) for Hourly employees while Hire, Job Change, Comp Change and deliver to the employee.
  • Create and configure Total Compensation statements.
  • Create and configure promotion/comp changes memos delivered to employees through Workday.
  • Review existing Workday-OKTA feed and design enhancements if needed.
  • Experience on creating/maintaining advance reports using Workday Studio/BIRT for reports/letters such as customized New hire letter etc. Various Dashboard reports/analytics in workforce planning.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and opportunity for knowledge transfer/training.
