Workday Finance Integration Analyst
Responsible for implementing and maintaining system configurations for Finance by providing advisory services and guidance to management regarding system requirements based on organization resources and needs. A primary responsibility includes giving technical guidance and direction to administrative, functional, and clerical staff on the operation and maintenance of the Finance system.
Resolve Workday system issues received from finance staff. Engage external consultants as needed. Log a Workday case when appropriate and follow up till issue is resolved. Communicate resolution to stakeholders. Consult with organization end users / customers to diagnose and resolve finance Workday functional issues.
Manage/coordinate multiple Workday finance projects and successfully prioritize multiple support tasks in collaboration with HR/PR & IT Workday leads and the organization project management office (PMO).
Work with subject matter experts to ensure that testing scenarios are created and executed for all finance configuration updates.
