We are hiring a Workday Analyst to imagine and bring to life creative solutions within our HRIS systems. You will be responsible for new and existing integrations utilizing Workday and ServiceNow. You will be a part of a talented HRIS team, automating and streamlining workflows for the good of the business. You will have the opportunity to shape the future, making recommendations on new technologies - and helping to implement many of them - to move our business forward.
Creates, maintains, and updates integrations as needed between HRIS and Company applications. Works directly with teams within and outside of HR responsible for integrated data to lead, design, test and execute work. Utilizes new functionality released for improved security and performance.
Develops visible reporting and alerts for integration health (i.e. Success, Error, Fail) for HRIS team, Contact Center and COE use.
Troubleshoots integration issues or failure; leads the collaboration with teams to come to rapid resolution.
Partner within HRIS Team
Partners closely with the HRIS Team to offer enhanced design solutions when existing system functionality requires manual steps which may be replaced with in-system integrations.
Identifies and implements continuous process improvements, utilizing available technologies. Automates processes within Workday and Company applications to increase efficiency and improve data integrity.
Leads effort to identify and validate functional possibilities to meet business objectives using Workday Extend. Key team member in creating suite of use cases and efficiencies, across all modules.
Deploy Workday Extend identified projects, working with HRIS team to supplement and extend existing system capabilities.
5+ years of HR, IS or comparable experience in roles of increasing responsibility
3+ years of HRIS experience - Workday required; ServiceNow preferred
3+ years of experience as lead/owner of significant system or system functionality
Hands-on experience with Workday system integrations strongly preferred; may be offset by deep administration/technical experience
Experience coordinating and/or managing HR technology projects required
Experience working with a shared service center environment preferred
Advanced understanding of general HR and IS processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills; experience in interacting with business customers at all levels of an organization
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; ability to execute to completion
Strong project management, presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Be agile - ability to understand and adapt to new or changing situations, requirements, or priorities
