CRM Executive - London
As a CRM Executive you will play a pivotal role in this organisations CRM practice, fully utilising the Responsys platform on a daily basis. You will be joining a well know brand that have recently been acquired which has led to significant growth throughout their Marketing Automation/CRM team.
In this role you will be line managing a team of 3, assisting them on various Marketing Automation/CRM queries and training them within the platform. This role will require someone with a strong strategic background to help drive the Marketing Automation/CRM usage across the organisation. Also you will be utilising you analytical skill set to help with the reporting across various marketing teams and helping out with the overall management of data. You will also have a big focus on the end to end management of Marketing Automation campaigns, helping out with the set-up, execution and reporting back on how effectively they perform.Another key aspect of this role will be working alongside the content marketing team to assist with the Marketing Automation tool and the build of different emails.
- Hands on experience with a Marketing Automation platform e.g. Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or Pardot
- Reporting and dashboards
- End to end campaign management
- Data analytics
- Basic understanding of HTML
