FRG Consulting has partnered with an Award-winning Marketing agency based in Melbourne. They are looking for a Head of Digital & Automation who has a background working in an Agency environment and is had a deep understanding of the Martech

Overall the Company has around 62 people compromising of Digital Designers, Digital producers, Marketing automation experts, SEO/SEM/PPC/SMM specialists, Account Managers, Strategy Managers, Copywriters, and Upper management.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Play a critical role in determining the agency's strategy and positioning, developing the digital service offerings value proposition, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead the digital function, provide a vision, outline opportunities, and set the digital road-map for the teams.
  • Adding value alongside the leadership of the digital strategy and implementation of client campaigns; ensuring the teams are delivering the best digital strategy, implementation, and service possible.
  • Being responsible for the state of the agency's relationship and performance on assigned clients.
  • Stand as the agency's digital strategy lead to creating a best in class digital service offerings and solutions across client vertical markets.
  • Working closely with the department leads and manage the Recruitment, Training, mentoring, Performance Management, Resource Managements for the teams.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to get buy-in on the agency's digital practice vision, strategy and market positioning, as well as the agency's technology stack

What they are looking for
  • 10-15 years of experience working with digital marketing and media strategies and execution in an agency or professional services environment.
  • Solid awareness of Marketing Automation, Content & Brand Marketing, SEO, Performance Media, CRO, Web Development, Design.
  • Have a complete understanding of the macro trends in the marketplace with regard to revenue, supply, innovation, and development.
  • Experience working with dynamic creative and an understanding of where creative sits within a 360 approach.
  • Someone who has strong experience working in an agency environment working on B2B campaigns.
