Service Desk Specialist with German and French



Searching for your next International Service Desk Role? Are you able to communicate in German, French and English? This next position may be the one for you!

Project: You will be supporting an international company for a well-recognised department store in Germany and France. You'll have the opportunity to learn and provide technical support to multiple distribution centres.

You do not need to have a very strong background in IT or databases but the following will help:
  • Process tickets, maintain SLA's and KPI's
  • Work with Office365 exchange, set up users, Cisco, VMWare, automation, Team viewer,
  • Be Responsible for the tooling and machines connected to the network.
  • Essential: Communicate in English, French and German to suppliers and within the company
