Job Description

FRG Technology Consulting is partnered with a multiple award-winning agency based in the South East Subs of Melbourne. They are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager who has a strong understanding of Paid marketing Channels, Paid Search & Paid Social primarily with some knowledge of SEO, Content & programmatic display is a bonus.

With Offices both in Sydney and Melbourne, the overall company has around 90+ employees compromising of Digital Strategist, PR consultants, Media Strategist, Digital Marketing Specialist, Account Managers & Directors, Performance marketing Specialist, Media Buyers, and the Top management

The majority of their clients are Top Tier 1 client and a few Tier 2 clients based in Australia / NZ



Role & Responsibilities
  • Maintaining client relationships - liaising, deliverables, and managing expectations
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients and a go-to person for helping them with their business issues
  • Account Management experience with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, Social Media, Programmatic & Display Marketing.
  • Planning, creating, and implementing media campaigns on the main social media networks with appropriate audience targeting.
  • Develop customer acquisition campaigns across key digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin display, and re-targeting)
  • Manage all media negotiations, planning, tracking, strategy, and reporting for both B2C & B2B clients


What are we looking for
  • Strategic planning capabilities and a good understanding of media fundamentals.
  • You understand reporting metrics: traffic, conversions, CPA, CPC for different channels.
  • You know your way around a broad range of Media Channels, with expertise in Social and Google. Some experience in CRMs and exposure to analytics tools would also be great.
  • Strong Client-facing communication & presentation skills dealing with Tier-1 clients in Aus OR NZ
  • Proven experience to Develop and execute campaign plans, managing timelines and project plans
  • Proven experience working in an Agency Environment
