> Proven technical abilities in solving complex business problems (
JAVA)
> Excellent interpersonal, written and oral
communication skills enabling you to work closely with PMs, VP, HoE, CTO and of course your team
> Strong experience in event-driven architecture with event-sourcing (
Kafka)
> Being capable of providing the highest level of
engineering standards (architecture, coding, processes, working practices)
The role itself is complex and requires multitasking and good organisation, your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Technical and leadership support for your team
- Being involved in engineering tasks such as coding, peer-review or building automation tests
- Cooperating with Scrum masters, PMs and architects to ensure the best codebase
- Forward-thinking, technical vision, clear roadmap and progress expectations
