Job Description

FRG Technology Consulting is partnered with a multiple award-winning agency based in the Eastern Subs of Melbourne. They are looking for a Digital Account Director who has a strong understanding of Paid marketing Channels, Paid Search & Paid Social primarily with some knowledge of Content & programmatic display is a bonus.

With Offices both in Sydney and Melbourne, the overall company has around 60+ employees compromising of Digital Strategist, Developers, Designers, Marketing Automation Specialist, SEO/SEM/SMM specialists, Account Managers & Directors, Performance marketing Specialist, and the Top management

The majority of their clients are Top Tier 1 client and a few Tier 2 clients based in Australia / NZ



Role & Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic direction for and overseeing, complex marketing automation programs
  • Driving and closing new business, growing revenue, and 'retainer' business with assigned accounts
  • Providing exceptional client management and marketing advice to clients - especially in the areas of digital, inbound, content, and creative
  • Ensuring high-quality project delivery, addressing the client's objectives, and improving their marketing ROI
  • Being a digital and creative marketing innovator
  • Effectively managing and motivating your account team.


What are we looking for
  • Minimum of 6+ years' experience in leading and managing client accounts
  • Exceptional competency of marketing automation program design
  • Experience with accountability for financial targets e.g. forecasting and budgeting
  • Leadership skills in the planning/execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in key stakeholder management at senior levels
  • High attention to detail, strong project management skills including process and procedures
  • Strong understanding of integrated channel marketing
  • Personality traits; inspiring leader, organized, analytical, collaborative, supportive, good listener, self-confident, flexible, creative, accountable, professional, outcomes-orientated.


Knowledge of: Digital Strategy, Content Marketing, B2B Social Media, Account-Based marketing, Brand, Creative, Digital & Media, B2B marketing Automation
