Job Description

This position is responsible for identifying and effectively documenting user problems to be solved (requirements, user stories) and working closely with the Digital Experience Manager on associated roadmaps to meet customer expectations and business goals for their digital product. This position is a key contributor to the success of the company in the market and seeks to drive revenue and enhanced customer experience through product evolution, enhancement and optimization efforts.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Gathers input from stakeholders including eCommerce, marketing, and merchandising
  • Derives and communicates recommendations for product enhancements and new capabilities, partnering with leadership to prioritize based on business/competitive need and feasibility
  • Partners with analytics team to determine success criteria/KPIs for the product and new features
  • Provides subject matter expertise in digital user experience, usability, information architecture



Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of digital project management and/or business analyst experience
  • 1+ years of eCommerce experience ideally with SalesforceCommerceCloud / Demandware
  • Stakeholder management experience with groups such as eCommerce, marketing, merchandising, UX designers, and development teams
