Role / Responsibilities

One person that can cover both UX needs in addition to the visual design. Experienced with user research, market/competitive research, sit in interviews with an end user - client facing feature, and understand people, work flows, pain points, create wireframe for solutions, etc.
  • Work across multiple Product Managers and development pods to support feature designs for upcoming sprints
  • Communicate and work effectively with Product Management and Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and effort of design proposals
  • Drive innovative product design through diverse methods of user research
  • Make design decisions based on understanding and empathy across a diverse set of user groups
  • Use data and other quantitative feedback to make smart design choices that will benefit a majority of users
  • Create simple, efficient product workflows out of complex, varying user workflows
  • Build wireframes and low-fi mock-ups that allow you to communicate concepts and iterate quickly on ideas
  • Create visual designs and solutions that delight our end users
  • Ensure the product workflow and designs are intuitive and user-friendly through both moderated and unmoderated user testing
  • Ensure product workflow and designs meet user needs and achieve product KPIs post-launch; iterate where needed

  • Experience in product designing
  • Experience designing for enterprise applications; SaaS and B2B experience is a plus
  • Experiencing designing for web, mobile, native, and responsive web/mobile products
  • Expertise using Sketch and Zeplin
  • Expertise building prototypes in Invision or other similar tools
  • Ability to learn and use product management software, such as JIRA
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver consistent product designs against a style guide when working with other designers on the same team
  • Expertise in the use of Microsoft applications; specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience working with Agile SCRUM, Kanban and Lean teams
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as pivot tables, surveys, and focus groups
  • Experience with both moderated and unmoderated user testing methods
  • Minimum Education Level: BA in related subject or equivalent level of professional experience
