Our client is currently Hiring a IT ServiceDesk Technician to join their talented team. Our client is a Global Distribution and wholesale company which is expanding their team as the business is expanding greatly. As a IT ServiceDesk Technician you will be the first point of contact for customers that are seeking technical and functional assistance. You will deal with all problems such as hardware, software, network etc.

Role & Responsibilities
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers that need technical support
  • You will troubleshoot by diagnostics aswell as by asking questions
  • You will determine how severe a problem is and either resolve the problem or refer the issue to the appropriate technical staff
  • You will perform basic ServiceDesk administration tasks including resetting passwords etc.
  • You will ensure your knowledge is up to date to make sure business needs are being met



Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Very strong customer service skills
  • Excellent English, written and verbal
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Very good knowledge of Windows/Cloud etc
  • Extensive understanding of computer systems and other technical equipment
