Role overview

You will be engaging with the technical support team, delivering a high quality service for clients. You will be solving problems and issues on a daily bases. The ideal candidate will be an organised individual with an ability to manage tasks and to take a proactive approach to any helpdesk issues, providing updates to end users and providing follow ups to any problems. You will be learning on a daily basis and develop new knowledge of our clients software.

What we need from you

Experience working in technical support would be advantageous

Basic knowledge of Citrix/VMware/VDI/Virtualization.

Experience using Microsoft Office programme's.

You will be familiar with performing Mobile OS (iOS/Android) troubleshooting.

An ability to work within a team and simultaneously be autonomously driven.
