Role & Responsibilities
  • You will be collaborating with the technical support team on a daily basis, ensuring a delivery of high quality service for clients.
  • You will be learning and developing new knowledge of our client's software.
  • You will be providing updates to end users ad follow ups to any technical problems.
  • You will be managing tasks daily and have a proactive approach to helpdesk issues.


Skills & Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will be organised and have an ability to work to deadlines.
  • Experience performing Mobile OS (iOS/Android)
  • Basic understanding of Citrix/VMware/VDI/Virtualization.
  • You will have an ability to work as part of a team and simultaneously be autonomously driven.
