Job Description:
  • Will be assisting various East Coast offices both on-site and remotely (must be able to travel a min of 10% of the time).
  • Conducting server maintenance
  • Responsible for network updates
  • Set up new users /desktop/lap top/tablets & smart phones/android/printers/scanners, etc.
  • Physically assist various office move if needed.
  • Will be remotely assisting offices across the country while also providing a physical presence for our east-coast offices. (must be able to travel min of 25% of time).
  • Conduct individual training sessions
  • 3-5 years experience in an IT/Help Desk role
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves IT issues
  • Setup and configure new computers/laptops for end users
  • Knowledge of commonly-used IT concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience supporting 100+ users
  • Knowledgeable in VoIP/IPBX
  • Knowledge in ITSM applications, including Freshservice
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
