My client have an immediate need to hire an IT Service Manager join a brand new project in their team!

Role & Responsibilities
  • You will support the Service Management Function and be the first point of contact for any issues
  • Define ITIL 4 Processes
  • Work closely with the Technology team to ensure all needs are met



Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 years IT Service Management Experience
  • ITIL 4
  • Stakeholder Experience
