Job Description:

This role requires a disciplined individual who thrives on creating and executing on marketing campaigns through a variety of digital and traditional channels. Working closely with our team leads, sales team and with our territory managers, this role's main purpose is to support sales enablement, develop brand awareness, and create engagement with prospects via website, social media, and events. The role will cultivate an understanding of the enterprise software ecosystem, work with vendors and technology partners, as well as external companies to position Encompass as a go-to organization for ERP and EDI software, custom development, and Managed Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Ideate and execute on marketing strategy
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns
  • Create and publish marketing content that includes managing company website and social media accounts, writing and publishing blogs, press releases, white papers, eBooks, case studies, webinars, and videos
  • Design graphic elements of marketing materials
  • Develop service offerings, sales enablement content, and promotional materials
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities and coordinate partner marketing efforts
  • Organize exhibitions at trade shows and conferences
  • Ideate and execute account-based marketing (ABM) based on persona, industry, region, and revenue
  • Maintain an understanding of enterprise software ecosystem, namely Epicor Kinetic ERP and its competitors, and position solutions appropriately as SaaS, On-Premise, and Hybrid offerings
  • Build brand awareness through product positioning and audience engagement
  • Manage customer, prospect, and lead databases
  • Oversee prospect and lead list segmentation
  • Produce drip and automated email campaigns with the intent to convert prospects
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Managers to generate leads and achieve sales targets
  • Establish and grow industry relationships
  • Support conference opportunities such as sponsorships, panel inclusion, and speaking engagements
  • Marketing project management
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance

Requirements:
  • Work from corporate office in Greensboro, NC (Revolution Mill)
  • Strong email etiquette
  • Business acumen (base understanding)
  • Core understanding of technology and an interest in learning new software
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power point
  • Ability to acquire new knowledge and skills using self-study modules
  • Experience in initiating contact with prospective and existing customers via various channels
  • Experience in working with a CRM (ConnectWise, HubSpot preferred)
