- Provide 3rd level support and troubleshooting of business enterprise platforms
- Evaluation and critique training documentation with internal managers
- Act as a mentor for Platform Administrator
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working with ERP systems (Dynamics GP Preferred)
- Advanced understanding of ERP in all modules including POP, SOP, INV and FIN
- Salesforce experience and certification will be preferred
- MS SQL experience including views, stored procedures, backups and restores.
*MUST HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA*
- Paid Salesforce training and certifications
- Excellent remuneration package based on level of experience
