We are looking for a talented Tech Lead to join our esteemed client.

As a Tech Lead, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence to our overarching platform architecture within each product team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and execution of requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Enabling productivity and coaching technical teams, including onboarding new members.
• Preparing technical implementations by breaking down architecture into executable tasks and delegating them based on the team's skillset.
• Understanding the hands-on competence required in the team to solve tasks effectively.

We are seeking candidates with:

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of web application development using the Microsoft .NET framework.
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end application development.
• Solid experience with ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, and C#.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and common JS libraries.
• A good grasp of object-oriented design principles and patterns.
• Understanding of SQL Server and database design.
• Awareness of usability vs. security concerns.
• Experience with design is a plus

• Collaborating closely with technical and commercial experts to identify problems and devise optimal solutions.
• Involvement in all development phases, from ideation to implementation and deployment.
