We are searching for a Tech Lead to join the team in Oslo!As a senior and leading member of the team, you will work hands-on with the continued development of SaaS solutions, as well as interacting with key stakeholders to apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including gathering requirements, architecture, overseeing delivery, and leading the teamYou will play an important role in creating the high level design artefacts, delivering quality code, and overseeing testing and support activities related to implementationWe hope you can contribute towards a knowledge-sharing and learning culture, mentoring more junior members to the team as they begin their careers in software development. You should demonstrate excellent technical ability and best practice in the engineering environment, continuing the culture of professionalism and support to colleagues We are looking for you to bring some of the following skills & experiences: - An academic background in IT or engineering (or equivalent years of experience)
- Professional experience in software development
- Experience with at least one OOP language such as Java, Python, C#
- Knowledge or experience with frontend technologies including Javascript/Typescript and React
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Experience working towards devops principles, CI/CD, and QA/testing
- Experience with container technology and server-less architecture
